Return policy

For Returned or Exchanged

We only accept exchanges of product if there is an initial manufacturer defect or the item has been damaged during delivery.

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at cs@yans-fencing.shop with the item order number within seven (7) days of receiving delivery. If it is determined that an item qualifies for an exchange, we’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not accept returns because customer does not like the colour of the product.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
